By creating an account or using Anivoix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Anivoix is an AI-powered content generation tool that helps invisible creators produce content for social media and other platforms without appearing on camera. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publishing.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
Free Plan: Available at no cost with limited features. No payment required.
Pro Plan ($19.99/mo): Billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
No Refunds: All payments are final. The Free plan exists so you can evaluate Anivoix before paying.
You own it. All content generated through Anivoix using your inputs belongs to you. You may use it for any lawful purpose.
Marketing license: You grant Anivoix a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized examples of generated content for marketing and promotional purposes only. No personally identifying information, usernames, or handles will ever be used. You may opt out at any time by emailing us.
You agree not to use Anivoix to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Content is generated by artificial intelligence. Anivoix does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.
What we collect:
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: your email address, an encrypted password (we cannot see your actual password), your content preferences (niche, voice, platforms, language), generated topic history, subscription status, and account creation date. We do not collect your real name, phone number, physical address, or payment card details (payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card).
How we use it:
Solely to provide and improve the Anivoix service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Data sharing:
We use the following third-party services to operate Anivoix, each with their own privacy policies:
· Anthropic — processes your content prompts to generate AI content
· Railway — hosts our servers and database in the United States
· Stripe — processes payments (they store your payment details, we do not)
· Resend — sends transactional emails (password resets, welcome emails)
We do not share your data with any other third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other commercial purpose.
Government & legal requests:
We may be required by law to disclose your data in response to a valid court order, subpoena, warrant, or other legal process issued by a US federal or Puerto Rico court or government agency. In such cases:
· We will comply with legally valid requests
· We will notify you before disclosing your data whenever we are legally permitted to do so
· We will challenge requests we believe to be overly broad or legally invalid
· We cannot notify you if the legal order prohibits disclosure (such as a National Security Letter)
· We collect minimal data by design — we cannot be compelled to hand over data we do not have
Data storage:
Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. By using Anivoix, you consent to this storage. EU users: data transfers are conducted under standard contractual clauses.
Cookies & tracking:
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We use your device's localStorage solely to maintain your login session and app preferences.
Your rights:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. EU users have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to be forgotten. California residents have rights under CCPA if applicable thresholds are met.
Data retention:
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Generated content history is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings.
Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Anivoix. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Users aged 13–17: If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use Anivoix with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By accepting these terms, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to them on your behalf.
Note: Anivoix is a content generation tool, not a social media platform. The platforms you choose to post content to (such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube) have their own age requirements and terms of service. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform you use.
COPPA compliance: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their account and data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bayamón, Puerto Rico.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Anivoix after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
